Simple Steps for Returning Products!

  1. Submit a request for an RMA to: cs@scottii.com
  2. You will receive a notice after review, regarding the status.
  3. Once the RMA request has been approved, (valid for 10 business days) return product to the address below for a product refund. (Shipping & Handling excluded) Customers will be notified once the package has been received and processed.

Requirements for Returns:

Include a valid original invoice number provided by [scottii.com] (contact other sellers regarding returns purchased outside of [scottii.com])

  • Products to be returned must be in the original packaging without any missing contents
  • Products to be returned that are not in their original packaging or with missing contents are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee
  • Return shipping must be paid by buyer
  • Only a Product Refund will be given. (Shipping & Handling is not refunded)

*Recommended: Tracking number/ delivery confirmation on packages being returned to ensure that it is safely received. scottii, Inc. is not liable for Lost or Stolen packages returned during transit/delivery.

3. The correct item will be sent as soon as possible. 

If you would prefer a refund instead, return the wrong items back to us for a full refund! Complete product must be returned for a full refund.
